Founded in 1991 in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Behrend Construction is led by third-generation builder and developer Dean Behrend.

For more than 30 years, Dean has focused on residential development, custom home construction, and mid-sized commercial and multifamily projects throughout Wellesley and surrounding communities.

His hands-on approach extends from site acquisition and budgeting through construction management and completion, with an emphasis on quality, practical decision-making, and consistent execution.
